Eastek Automated Circuit Technologies (EACT) New Direction

Eastek International Corporation and Eastek Holdings, LLC (collectively, “Eastek”) announced today that it will be implementing a new direction for its operating subsidiary, Eastek Automated Circuit Technologies (EACT) in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. EACT will now focus on growing its profitable customer partnerships and developing a new quick-turn prototyping service. Management at Eastek believes this new direction will strategically align the business of EACT with that of Eastek International Corporation, better serving Eastek’s customers in its core business, electronic contract manufacturing.

As part of this change, the employees of EACT were notified under the Wisconsin Business Closing and Mass Layoff Law (the “Wisconsin WARN Act”) that EACT will be implementing workplace reductions in force on or about March 31, 2020. Approximately 36 of the current EACT employees will be affected by these changes. The new direction for EACT will be implemented by Site Leader Kevin Grob.

For the next two months, EACT will be working closely with its employees and customers on a full production schedule, as they run out existing open orders and work on a smooth transition with these accounts.

Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your BDM, Program Manager, Project Engineer or Customer Service. We appreciate your understanding during this time and, as always, we appreciate your continued business.
