The remaining leadership team continues with the company, including Bill Boyer, VP Engineering; Juanita Martinez, VP Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs; Pete Stamatakos, Sales Director; Kris Funk, VP Finance; Gilles Antoine, VP Operations and Customer Success; Kevin Grob, TF Site Leader; Debby Lau, DG Site Leader; Daljit Sabharwal, VP Supply Chain and Jeffrey Li, Special Projects. In addition, John Norris, VP and Controller has joined the senior management team. John brings extensive international business and financial management experience to Eastek.
Previously, the Eastek Board of Directors formed a new Executive Committee of the Board to oversee operations of the Company. Bob Gerth as CEO will report directly to the Executive Committee. Bob Gerth previously managed another investment for our majority shareholder and has worked with Dave extensively on other management teams. Dave Vrioni will report directly to Bob Gerth.
We would like to congratulate Joe for his accomplishments at Eastek over his 15-year tenure. From 2004 to 2019, Eastek has changed from a minor player in contract manufacturing to a world class partner of global customers to whom is offered a wide range of vertically integrated solutions. In this time, sales have tripled and Eastek has established itself as a medical device manufacturer with both ISO-13485 and FDA QSR compliance. These results are the foundation upon which Eastek will grow.
“I’m proud of the great company Joe Rocco and this team have built over the past 15 years, and I’m looking forward to the exciting future our expanded team will build starting today!” said Jeremy Hobbs, Chairman of Eastek.
