LAKE ZURICH, ILLINOIS – Eastek International, a custom contract manufacturer of industrial controls and medical devices announced its merger with Automated Circuit Technology (ACT), a contract manufacturer of electronics assemblies, based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
With its vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities, Eastek offers expertise in taking original equipment manufacturers’ (OEM) products from design for manufacturing (DFM) through global product launch. Joe Rocco, Chief Executive of Eastek International, said, “We are pleased to have completed this merger and are confident that the combined entity will enhance the service offering to all of our customers.”
He added, “I want to personally thank Bill Boyer for the last 7 years of close collaboration on projects which have helped us arrive at this day. Bill will continue as V.P. Operations of the combined company, reporting to me.”
