Once your product is designed and ready for production, it's important to have the support of an integrated team to see the project through every stage of the launch phase. Our global launch team, led by your designated Program Manager, will help you reap the benefits of global sourcing capabilities and integrated manufacturing.

We will establish supply chain planning to ensure shipment continuity.  Our supplier base is EICC compliant, our factories and personnel meet extremely high standards for ethics, social responsibility and environmental protection.  We will reduce your worries about product supply.

Eastek can ship to your customer, provide invoicing support and be an extension of you in delivery of your products anywhere in the world.

Eastek can manage your warehouse, inventory levels and provide product forecasting and planning assistance using Sales and Operations Planning tools that are time tested.

Eastek understands that our customers need a long-term manufacturing partner.  We support their product development in the long-term through Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE). VA/VE uses strategies to reduce cost and improve product consistency all with the goal of delivering a product on time and with decreasing cost.

Our team will recommend improvements to lower cost, reduce waste, address supply chain challenges and other steps to ensure your cost competitiveness is maintained.
