Dongguan Manufacturing Campus, Guangdong, China
In 2006, we added 165,000 square feet to our manufacturing facility in the Dongguan province of China. The campus now has 465,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
This growth included expansion of the facility’s metal fabrication work area, including doubling the metal and plastic injection molding tool fabrication operation. We also created two customer-specific work cells, one of which assembles more than 10 million automotive and appliance switches per year.
